Carbon Neutral Delivery

As part of our wider commitment to sustainability and looking after our Planet, we offer 100% carbon neutral delivery from our Solar Powered Tea Factory (the UK’s first!) at no extra cost to our customers. We achieve this by carbon offsetting every delivery we make and supporting verified volunteer reforestation projects around the world.

UK Mainland (excl. Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands) Deliveries

We can deliver to your home address or to an alternative delivery address, if supplied during the Checkout process.
All orders are despatched via APC and deliveries are made between Monday – Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
We aim to despatch all UK orders within 1-5 working days and use APC couriers. Upon despatch APC will attempt to make a ‘next day delivery’, but please be aware that next day is not guaranteed and your order may be subject to minor delays of 1-3 working days depending on the location.
Please ensure that you provide us with an email and contact number when making your order, as well as any delivery instructions, as these will be used for APC to contact you with a delivery window.
There must be a recipient present to receive any delivery of PIRR wine. If you wish for the order to be left in a ‘safe space’ you may request this in your order, but please note that once delivered with a POD, it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your order.

International and Overseas Deliveries

We currently can’t accept orders for overseas locations on our checkout page. If you wish to make an order to an overseas location, please contact us to discuss options.

Returns

Any orders damaged by us, or our courier will be replaced, provided you notify us within 30 days of placing your order.
